This is the third in the "Getting Ready to Meet Jesus" Series. Throughout the scriptures are sprinkled many promises of rewards in heaven for faithful service to God on earth. Not to be confused with the gift of eternal life and forgiveness of sins, these are rewards that God and godly people spoke highly of. Strangely, many Christians are hesitant to use rewards as a motivation, thinking that rewards are not a noble — or even godly — motivation for service to the Lord.
